Our client, a leading distribution company in Dubai, seeks a Business Development Executive for their Beauty and Technical Division to manage Trade relationships, and enhance in-store experiences. The role involves forecasting sales aligned with the business strategy, influencing Marketing and new product strategies, and collaborating across Regulatory, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics for divisional growth in Beauty and Medical Technology.
Position: Business Development Executive.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Plan: Analyze markets, Products and in liaising with Principals, development of Business Plan for the year, Quarter etc.
Marketing Plans: Once Business Plan approved by Management, develop quarterly/ yearly detailed Marketing plans for the Brands.
Preparation of detailed Operations Plan and manage all Promotional activity.
Agencies: Management of suppliers and deliverables as well as any appointed distribution partners
Principles: Liaise with Brand Principles on Sales and Marketing activities
Pricing: Analyse market, recommend Selling Prices, take approvals, and Implement pricing
Manage the product life cycles Pricing, Forecasting, and the inventory levels.
Principles Account: Purchase Records, Receivables, Warrantee and Receivables accounts
Margins Management: Be accountable for delivering committed margins on monthly basis, at category Level, Brand Level and Drive ongoing improvement in sales and profitability.
Training: Conduct brand trainings to develop brand knowledge and brand specific selling techniques for internal staffs, promoters and Trade.
Liaise with Sales Team, Country Managers and Distributors for the effective execution of the plans.
Reporting: Prepare periodic reports for Principles and Management to track the business performance cycle
Coordinate with management in developing project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones for better decision making.
Market Intelligence Analyse trends, Impact of Competitors activities on our business and propose actions.
Key Performance Indicators:
Sales: SKU basis, sales and margins- Country wise, Monthly and Yearly
Marketing Expense: Advertising, Promotional Plans and expense
Vendors Management

Warrantee Management
Reporting
Analysing an array of raw data, and turning them into projectile reports, thus supporting better decision making
