Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Product Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions and services recommendations. Sales Presentations: Conduct product and service presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
Address client questions and objections effectively. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track and report on sales performance using CRM software. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new technologies.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: AED2,000.00 per month
