Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Negotiate terms and close sales deals. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track and report on sales performance using CRM software. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Provide feedback to the management team regarding market conditions. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies. Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of successful B2B sales in the IT industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of IT products and services.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new technologies.
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as required.
