Job Key Details:
- Determine client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Search new business opportunities in the market
- Manage the implementation of the business development strategy that includes all aspects of the sales cycle
- Develop long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Handle interaction with existing and prospective clients to improve business relationships and partnerships
- Design and supervise new market initiatives
- Conduct research on business opportunities as well as viable income streams
- Preserve an updated database of prospective clients in the various sectors to support proper planning
- Create sales goals for the team
- Reach out to potential clients over the phone and email to set up rapport and obtain business
- Improve sales and contribute to the company long-term business growth
- Maintain relationships with current clients develop long-term relationships with new ones
- To succeed in this role, the applicant must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing or any related discipline
- Possess previous experience in generating leads from marking campaigns preferably in the UAE
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluency in English, ability to speak any other language will be a plus
