Job Purpose
This role is responsible for the sourcing and relationship building of clients and ensuring that the transition process is as smooth as possible by liaising with all relevant internal stakeholders prior to signing agreements.
Job Responsibilities
Source leads using the internet, internal referrals, cold calling, in person.
Create and present proposal and terms and conditions for prospective clients.
Work with the customer to establish a common set of goals and objectives linked to the account plan with a focus on value creation, mutual ownership and execution.
Maintain relationship with client even after signed agreement to ensure process is flowing smoothly.
Assist Manager - Operations with the internal transition agreement process: Obtain agreement from Finance around payment terms, liaise with Legal for contract preparation, and liaise with Commercial for supplier agreements.
Ensure all agreements are signed by client and internal parties for legal and audit purposes.
Open a client account on the system for finance and the travel consultants to have access to their details for future bookings.
Assist finance, with follow up of outstanding payments as and when necessary to ensure accurate reconciliation between system data and payments received.
Implement credit policy for customers ensuring alignment with internal audit requirements.
Deal with internal and external issues around new client complaints.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Experience
At least 3-5 years\' experience in a similar role
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent customer relationship building skills internal and external
Target driven
Knowledge of travel industry, travel products, competitors etc.
Self-starter and proactive
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Good analytical skills.
