Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at PINNACLE Innovation & Education. The primary focus of this role is to drive business growth and expand our corporate training programs. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our training services to meet monthly revenue targets. Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x9c\xa8Identify and target potential corporate clients for our training programs in alignment with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives. \xe2\x9c\xa8Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and client needs to develop effective business strategies. \xe2\x9c\xa8Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals. \xe2\x9c\xa8Initiate contact and engage with key decision-makers, HR managers, and training coordinators in target companies to present our training solutions. \xe2\x9c\xa8Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our training programs. \xe2\x9c\xa8Develop and submit proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. \xe2\x9c\xa8Collaborate with internal teams, including trainers and marketing, to customize training programs based on client requirements and industry needs. \xe2\x9c\xa8Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software. \xe2\x9c\xa8Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and showcase our training offerings. \xe2\x9c\xa8Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the corporate training or education industry. \xe2\x80\xa2Strong understanding of the corporate training market, client needs, and industry trends. \xe2\x80\xa2Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients. \xe2\x80\xa2Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. \xe2\x80\xa2Strong negotiation and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite. \xe2\x80\xa2Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2Willingness to travel locally and attend industry events as required.
