We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. • Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by pitching services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to expand networks and establish partnerships.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in a B2B and hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
