Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our IT/Marketing agency by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Executive also needs to ensure that the agency\'s services are meeting the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:

The Business Development Executive also needs to ensure that the agency\'s services are meeting the needs of our clients. Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by providing exceptional customer service and regular communication.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
- TO ensure that the agency\'s services are meeting the needs of our clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the agency and build new relationships.
- Analyze and report on the success of sales efforts and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the agency\'s services and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Experience working in a marketing agency or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of the IT/Marketing industry and trends.
- English (Preferred)
- Arabic (Preferred)
- driving license (Required)
