The Role
Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2Responsible for business set-ups / incorporation in UAE (onshore, offshore, and free zone ) \xe2\x80\xa2Responsible for on-going company law, compliance, company amendments and dissolution. \xe2\x80\xa2To manage and coordinate the overall process of company incorporation and license renewal of our Clients. \xe2\x80\xa2To coordinate and manage the routine correspondence of the existing Clients on a daily basis for various subjects with an excellent written communication understanding. \xe2\x80\xa2 To correspond with new clients to provide correct and up-to date information about possible options for setting up their companies in the UAE with respect to their areas of business interest, planned investment and inquiry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proposing applicable alternatives that suit to their purpose of incorporating their company. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that most suitable and cost-effective options are offered to our Clients, in line with their requirements and Company policies/procedures where a technical competency is demonstrated to the Clients in comparing different jurisdictions and company structures. \xe2\x80\xa2 To offer and promote Company services to potential Clients and maintain a professional relationship with them, as well as with our business partners, solution service providers and associates in the UAE, Middle East, Europe, and other locations. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage the key relationships with key Clients and develop them further. \xe2\x80\xa2 To follow-up and coordinate post setup services such as corporate bank account opening, accounting, bookkeeping, financial auditing, monthly services, immigration and visa (tourist, visit, employment, residence) related services, office administration services, document clearing and attestation services, and so on. \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct due diligence on new and existing Clients as/when required. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that all information and documentation updated in our systems and files are up to date, accurate and complete. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain the validity of the accounts and information recorded, as well as security of the private and confidential information of the Clients available to us. \xe2\x80\xa2 To develop a competency and understanding of the rules, regulations, and practices applicable in the UAE related to the tasks and responsibilities undertaken. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain an up-to date and complete hard copy and soft copy of all documents related to tasks daily and support operational and archival purposes. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage client\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries and communicate with them incompliance with the Company e- mail correspondence policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage the tasks assigned effectively and courteously, in line with the Company policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 To maintain a very high level of confidentiality at all times with respect to our Clients and Company documentation, files, data, officers, staff, procedures, policies, and know-how.

Requirements
  • Candidate must have excellent command of verbal and written English at the native language level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Arabic, Turkish or any European language will be a preference in selection of the candidate. \xe2\x80\xa2 In such case the command on the 2nd language shall be excellent to consider it as a qualification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Shall have an excellent command on, MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional business corresponding via e-mail (MS Outlook). \xe2\x80\xa2 Shall have excellent business communication skills both verbal and writing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have a minimum of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in the field of Business Administration, Management, Business Studies, Law, Public Administration, and similar. Higher degree (i.e. MBA) certification will be a preference in selection of the candidate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Shall be very proactive and dynamic. Be able to work both under set guidelines, targets, pressure, as well as in a self-driven mode. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in a consulting firm, or similar field for a min. of 3 years is a must in UAE. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should not have more than 30 days\xe2\x80\x99 notice period, if currently employed elsewhere. If unemployed, he/she is required to start within 5 working days upon signing an offer letter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have visited his/her home country at least once in the last 12 months and not planning to travel outside the UAE in the next 12 months (unless an emergency with rationale as stipulated in the UAE Labor Law) upon start of an employment.
