Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our innovative digital logistics & transportation startup based in Dubai, U.A.E. If you have a minimum of 3 years of local experience in the fleet or logistics industry or SaaS-related experience and a proven track record in push sales, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed target.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Present and demonstrate our digital logistics & transportation solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services.
- Develop and execute growth strategy plans to penetrate markets and gain share.
- Provide competitive market intelligence by identifying gaps in our product offering and marketing activities.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of local experience in logistics industry, Telematics or SAAS based product
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Proven track record in push sales, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Business Developments: 3 years (Required)
