present company products & services to prospective clients and discuss their needs
establish new business while maintaining relationship with existing clients
maintain accurate records and update on a daily basis in CRM
research and analyse sales options
sell units, spares, service contracts or AMCs for HVAC & Ecology Unit maintenance including Projects
undergo trainings and answer questions about the products & services
perform other duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements:
commercially oriented with at least 5~6 years of progressive business development, sales and analytical in the similar industry (HVAC/Exhaust Systems).
candidate should have a Bachelors degree &/or relevant Technical qualification
should be highly flexible and adaptable and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.
