To identify, affiliate and onboard Vendors from Flower Business sector and develop those accounts to drive revenue.
Accountable for Business Development & vendor relationship management.
Primary duties and responsibilities: The ideal candidate is a convincing and enthusiastic business development person to promote and sell the concept at customer locations. This require identify new sales leads, and provide services to our customers and build a never-ending relationship with them. Also, keeping sales records and ensuring proper maintenance of the company assets.
Identify flower shop vendors through cold calling, internet research, networking, etc., and pitch proposals that will make them buy into the company\xe2\x80\x99s new concept.
To follow up on a regular basis to nurture relationships with current contacts and new prospects.
Develop business with existing vendors and build a clientele base for the expansion of business.
Identifying areas for development and making proposals on the same.
Develop a long-term business strategy and foster growth in the assigned key areas.
Sell concepts as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s laid-out business models and fixed templates.
Submit a daily report to the person in charge of reporting on daily meetings, follow-ups, cold calling, and contract signing.
Create weekly or monthly forecasts and weekly or monthly reports on market performance.
