Job Description
JD for Business Development Specialist BDS Job responsibilities Doing the market survey and Leads acquisition of the buildings. Execution of project takeover & handover. Doing other tasks in BD department from the manager. Job requirements UAE Driving License is must. Arabic nationality preferred. 20-40 years old. Experience in UAE real estates field or same position is preferred . Extensive relationships with real estate investors is preferred . Willingness to work flexibly to support the overall aims of the company BC degree in business administration, sales or relevant field. Skills requirements Fluent English: reading, speaking and writing Proficient in MS-Office applications and able to prepare reports\xe3\x80\x82 High level of personal responsibility displaying motivation, commitment, perseverance and conscientiousness. Self motivated personality. Communication and Coordination skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED5,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
