Source clients by actively engaging in cold calling, marketing campaigns, and networking activities.
Follow-up on all individual and corporate leads received for course programs.
Visit clients, attend networking events and organize meetings to understand the clients needs.
Prepare and execute presentations, email campaigns, SMS campaigns and workshops.
Prepare marketing materials and brochures that supplement the course programs offered.
Oversee all social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
Monitor marketing spends on internet and other areas. Identify new platforms for advertising for the business. Chanel efforts in marketing avenues that are profitable to the company.
Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace and across competition.
Maintain timely email correspondence with clients and colleagues.
Attend walk-in clients for courses and attend office telephone calls.
Engage in miscellaneous activities as directed by the Managing Partner.
Report for work wearing professional business attire and maintain good hygiene.
Adhere to the Business Conduct and Ethics Policy.
Adhere to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Grooming Standards.
Adhere to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Telephone Standards.
Administrational Duties
Report to the Program Counsellor regarding database management and other administrational duties.
Maintain a logbook/database file for all necessary information & daily attendance/revenue history as directed by the Program Counsellor.
Issue receipts for every transaction and maintain their copies.
Maintain records of course registration, class attendance, student files and expense tracking.
Arrange a daily hand-over of collected revenues with receipts to the Program Counsellor.
Requirement:
At least 3 years Experience in sales and marketing
Bachelors in Accounting / Finance / Marketing
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic (is preferred)
