Responsibilities
Business development executives are responsible for finding and onboarding new customers and growing relationships with existing clients.

  • Procure new clients through direct contacts, referrals from existing clients, building partnerships with large corporate entities. Actively attend conferences, networking events with the intention of attracting new customers and building future relationship and promoting the company.
  • Achieve financial targets assigned on a monthly basis. Meet key performance indicators such as number of new client visits, number of clients booked, fee and interest income generated.
  • Ensure regular interaction with clients to address any financial needs and increase TCP s share of wallet. Keep a close eye on customers' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations and are competitive.
  • Assume responsibility and be accountable for credit risk and day to day management of own portfolio. Ensure timely completion of annual reviews and regular monitoring of financials, covenants and other parameters within the review cycle.
  • Make frequent visits to customers and monitor and track portfolio on a dynamic basis to recognize problem credits early.
  • Develop and update account plans for each relationship and use it as a basis for regular client calling. Extensive use of company s CRM system and ensuring all new deals in discussion are recorded and updated on a daily basis. Update and maintain customer information database on regular basis.
  • Work closely with customer service unit to ensure that clients day to day transaction needs are addressed
  • Comply with internal policies to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the company. Ensure fulfilment of all required documentation as per TCP s credit and compliance policies and other standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure satisfactory internal and external audit ratings.
Qualifications
  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
  • Min 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance.
  • Great networking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus point.
  • Experience in a Procurement Department of a government or semi-government entity, multi-national, a publicly listed company or a large corporation a plus point.
