Reporting to: Business Development Manager
Salary : 3000 AED - 3500 AED
Position Description
The successful applicant for this role should be a commercially experienced individual with a proven ability to establish and manage networks, identifying and driving new business opportunities and achieving overall sales and revenue goals within a defined business line.
This will involve actualizing new customer acquisitions and lead generation across UAE.
Knowledge and Skills
- Familiar with UAE road and have knowledge of the local business environment, particularly in recruitment services across UAE
- Ability to build and manage relations at all levels both within the company and outside with clients.
- Excellent computer literacy and communication skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills - English and Arabic will be advantage
Requirements:
Desired Experience
- Bachelor's degree OR MBA in Marketing or related field with working experience in manpower sector.
- 5/6years' experience as BDM , Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis
