Job Description

Magnum Plus is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team for our Recruitment and Manpower supply company in Dubai.

  • Develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
  • Research client business referrals, network, and leads.
  • Understand client needs and offering solutions and support.
  • Work with managers to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales team and management to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Establish long-term relationship with different organizations in UAE.
  • Utilize business trends and opportunities for the benefit of the company.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches to persuade potential investors.
  • Attend meetings with clients to generate or expand new business.
Education & Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Business Development experience in outdoor sales Recruitment and local supply in UAE.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Valid UAE D/L is a must.
