Job Description

Reactive Space is looking to hire a "Business Development Executive" for our Dubai Office. We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive (Female Only) to contribute to the growth of our company. Work from Home Allowed but willing to shift to Office as required in the near future. Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with all the products and services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Establish a sales argument according to the marketing objectives of each product.
  • Conduct negotiations achieving the best conditions for the company while meeting the customer's needs.
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM.
  • Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client's specific business needs.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
  • Developing rapport with key decision makers.
  • Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
  • Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
Requirements & Skills Needed:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Business Development or similar role (preferably in IT sector).
  • Prospecting/Lead Generation Experience.
  • Task-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Organizational & Management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
