Job Description

We are looking for a new Business Development Executive. The main responsibility of the position will be to develop the business by targeting clients who are looking to setup new business and other businessmen services in various segments. Develop sales strategies for target segments and proactively work in the field to drive and close new business opportunities. 1) Develop and identify key potential sales targets in order to maintain alignment with Lincoln Group growth strategy.
2) Locate and propose potential business alliance deals by contacting potential clients, discovering and exploring opportunities in market to grow the brand sales.
3) Deliver the company objectives and sales target.
4) Make telephone calls, in person visits to existing and prospective customers whilst always taking a consultative selling approach.
5) Streamlining the customer portfolio. Understands customers needs and requirements to provide solutions.
6) Deliver high level customer experience through strong relationships with key customers and coordinate accordingly.
7) Ensuring the contract profitability and covering the different market segments.
8) Coordinating with the Business units especially with the head of business units to comply with sales and quality policies and procedures to ensure sales targets and their healthy business close.
9) Ensuring the implementation of the contract in line with agreed terms and commitment.
10) Visibility of the new projects is accurate and approved by the business units head. Skills & Qualification: Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. Minimum Experience: 3 years of relevant proven track record in sales and business development in Business Setup/Company Formation.
