Business Development Executive - Real Estate (Chinese Speaker)
One of our top Real Estate client is looking for a Business Development Executive. Job location: Dubai Experience: 3-5 years Key Responsibilities:
- Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting products
- Design and implement effective Route to Market based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources.
- Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.
- Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines… Reports daily activities during scouting & Sales trips in the assigned territories.
- Graduate with proven working experience and track record as a business development executive or Sales expert
- Must be a native of China
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
