Full This role requires an excellent coordinator for our dynamic and successful General Business insurance team and will support a demanding portfolio of Sales Managers. Job Summary
- Built and maintain portfolio as desired by the office
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Call potential clients to expand their customer base
- Managing and maintaining flow of leads in New Business team
- Following clients up on certain stages of the lead cycle
- Supporting clients in after-sales requirements such as endorsements, cancellations, etc.
- Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage
- Explain the features of various policies
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Help policyholders settle claims
Excellent Communication and negotiation skills required.
