Job Description

Good day, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and help grow the company's revenue. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and skilled in communication and sales.

Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities for FM services. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations. Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Follow up with clients and negotiate terms to close deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Coordinate with operations and technical teams for accurate costing. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports and updates to management

Qualifications



Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in Facility Management / Cleaning / MEP / Maintenance services. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing contracts. Strong understanding of FM services including soft services, hard services, AMC, and manpower supply. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
