Urban Scholar Education Centreis seeking a dynamic and driven Business development executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, customer engagement, and sales. The selected candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students, managing leads, and contributing to the centre's overall growth through effective counselling and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents, introducing them to Urban Scholar's academic programs. Promote our educational courses and provide personalised counselling to assist students and parents in selecting the right programs. Convert leads into enrollments and consistently achieve monthly sales targets. Support marketing activities including social media promotions, email outreach, and offline campaigns. Develop a thorough understanding of Urban Scholar's courses to effectively communicate their value to customers. Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance sales and student engagement. Maintain accurate client records and share timely updates and reports with the management team. Build strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

2-3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in an international call centre or education-related environment. Excellent command of English (mandatory); Arabic language skills are highly preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Proactive, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally. Good organisational, follow-up, and time-management skills. Bachelors degree
