We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to join and drive revenue growth and development the business in the region. This opportunity is for a self-motivated, passionate, execution-oriented sales executive who enjoys prospecting and growing existing and new accounts. Our world-class software products in regard to digital transformation are being used by a large variety of mid-size to enterprise organizations around the world, and other parts of the world including Fortune 500 companies across many industries, regions, and countries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively learning enterprise solutions products,
Finding ideal enterprise customers and contacting them for customer acquisition,
Determining enterprise customer needs and opportunities,
Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers,
Work in a complex technical sales process with mid-size to enterprise customers,
Direct sales experience gained in a quota-carrying B2B commercial technology-led sales environment ideally with core experience in selling software & solutions (Cloud/SaaS, On-Premise), professional services consulting, and/or associated BPO/ITO managed services.
Preparing proposals and managing the process of closing the sales,
Performing all sales and marketing activities to reach sales targets,
Pre-sales and after-sales reporting,
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in a related field. A Master's degree is desirable,
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Qatar for IT, software development and enterprise software solution fields,
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Enterprise Information Management (EIM) / Content Management (ECM/DMS/CMS) / Business Process Management (BPM), ERP Solutions, Information Management Services Solutions, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), ML&AI Projects, Blockchain.
People and presentation skills are essential,
Adept at the meetings and exceeding sales quotas and targets,
The position may require a valid driving license and QID.
