software solutions. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for
HIS software solutions
.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, demos, and product presentations.
Negotiate with prospective clients and close profitable sales deals.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Collaborate with the
implementation team
to ensure smooth project delivery.
Stay updated on
software product features
and
industry developments
.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
(Master's preferred).
Valid
driving license and personal vehicle
is an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in software sales or business development (preferably in the
healthcare or IT industry
).
Strong understanding of
Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
,
ERP
, or related software solutions.
Skills:
Excellent
communication and presentation
abilities.
Strong
negotiation and deal-closing
skills.
Proficiency in
HIS / ERP / CRM systems
