to join our growing logistics and warehousing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, logistics services, and warehouse solutions, with excellent negotiation and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the logistics and warehousing sector.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client base.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills:
5-10 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development within a Logistics or Warehousing company.
Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
Solid understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
