Position Overview



We are seeking a driven and results-oriented

Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence in Qatar's construction and fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets. Identify and pursue new leads, clients, and project opportunities in the construction, fit-out, and design sectors. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and tender submissions. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with project, design, and technical teams to align client requirements with company capabilities. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote the company's services.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in construction, fit-out, or engineering industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads and close deals. Knowledge of Qatar's construction and contracting market is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM knowledge is a plus. Valid Qatari driving license preferred.
