We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive/Officer to support the General Manager in driving business growth and managing client relations. The role involves handling business development activities, assisting the General Manager with administrative tasks, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager with day-to-day tasks, including managing calls, scheduling, and correspondence.
Draft and prepare reports, letters, and official documents.
Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring professional communication and follow-ups.
Manage the General Manager's schedule, meetings, and correspondence.
Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations.
Support in negotiations and coordination with clients, consultants, and partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Requirements:
Arabic National
(mandatory).
Bachelor's degree; Engineering background preferred but not mandatory.
3-4 years of experience as a Engineering, or in business development, client relations, or executive support.
Arabic language proficiency (mandatory)
; English fluency required.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Male candidates preferred (to match business travel and role requirements).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
