Job Summary

We are hiring a results-driven

Business Development Executive

with strong experience in the construction, fit-out, or maintenance contracting industry. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and converting leads into confirmed deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in construction, fit-out, and maintenance services Visit potential clients, present services, and close sales(Construction / Interiors / Contracting industry preferred) Build and manage long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and developers Follow up on leads, negotiations, proposals, and contracts Convert leads into successful deals to drive business growth Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Prepare sales reports and forecasts Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

in business development or sales Background in

construction, interiors, fit-out, or maintenance contracting

preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Target-oriented with proven closing ability

UAE driving license and own car - mandatory

Good knowledge of the Dubai market Fluency in

English and Hindi

(Arabic is a plus)
