We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Business Development Executive
to expand our client base and drive sales in the
building maintenance and technical services sector
. The ideal candidate
must have strong knowledge of services such as electrical work, plumbing, AC maintenance, and cleaning
. The role focuses on generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in building maintenance and technical services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property managers and facility management companies.
Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure business.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Provide timely sales reports and client feedback to management.
Qualifications
2-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development is a
must.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance services
(electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with facility management and maintenance sectors is a plus.
Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
