Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven

Business Development Executive

to grow our client portfolio and increase sales within the

building maintenance and technical services sector

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of services such as

electrical work, plumbing, AC maintenance, and cleaning

. This role will focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in building maintenance and technical services. Build and sustain strong relationships with property managers, facility management companies, and other clients. Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and industry events. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate contracts. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Provide regular sales reports and client insights to management.

Qualifications

2-5 years of proven experience in sales or business development (mandatory). Strong knowledge of

building maintenance services

(electrical, plumbing, AC, cleaning, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Target-focused, proactive, and able to work independently. Familiarity with facility management or maintenance services is a plus. Valid driving license preferred.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
