Business Development Executive – Aviation

Job Description

Drive sales growth within the aviation and MRO sector by identifying opportunities, converting leads, managing customer relationships, and delivering competitive, compliant quotations to meet revenue and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities



Develop new business in aviation parts, materials, and MRO services. Manage customer accounts and ensure high service standards. Conduct market research and support regional growth initiatives. Lead negotiations and manage contracts. Coordinate with internal teams for order and project execution.

Requirements



Proven sales or business development experience in aviation/MRO. Minimum 7 years relevant industry experience Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Engineering background preferred.
