We are seeking a driven and highly knowledgeable Business Development Executive to support the growth of our automotive division. The ideal candidate

must

have proven experience working with an automotive

auction house

, with a deep understanding of vehicle sourcing, valuation, remarketing, and auction processes. This role focuses on expanding our client base, strengthening industry partnerships, and driving revenue through strategic business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the automotive sector, with a focus on auction-related channels Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, auction houses, fleet owners, leasing companies, and other key industry stakeholders Source vehicles for remarketing and manage end-to-end processes with auction partners Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and make recommendations for commercial strategy Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to potential clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals and client satisfaction Track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to forecasting Ensure compliance with company policies, market regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

Mandatory:

Proven experience working with an automotive auction house (e.g., operations, business development, vehicle sourcing, remarketing, or related roles) Strong understanding of the automotive market, vehicle valuation, auctions, and wholesale channels Track record of achieving sales or business development targets Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong communication and presentation abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Valid driver's licence (preferred or mandatory depending on location) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred)

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
