We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual for the position of Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new sales, maintaining and improving existing accounts, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong self-motivation and have the ability to drive sales growth. Building rapport with customers and closing sales are essential skills for a successful Business Development Executive. Responsibilities:
Expected Start Date: 01/06/2023
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the MENA market.
- Qualify leads and assess their potential through research and initial contact.
- Prepare sales presentations and collaborate with the sales team to communicate value propositions.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales collateral for potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Proven sales support or business development experience in the MENA market, preferably in the baby care and toy industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Currently based in the UAE.
