Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive - Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in accounting and tax services to help expand our client base across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a deep understanding of financial services, VAT, and corporate tax in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach new business prospects (SMEs, startups, corporations)

Promote services including VAT, Corporate Tax, Bookkeeping, and Auditing

Build long-term relationships with clients through strategic communication

Follow up on leads, attend client meetings, and close deals

Maintain a sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets

Collaborate with the internal accounting and compliance teams

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, VAT, or tax-related sales*in the UAE

Must be an immediate joiner

Fluency in at least 2 languages:

English + Hindi

English + Arabic

English + Urdu

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of UAE accounting/tax systems is mandatory

Professional appearance and positive attitude
