ABCO Contracting SPS LLC is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive with a background in Civil Engineering to join our growing team. What you'll do:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients and understanding their project needs.

Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of customer demands and industry trends.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

Provide technical consultation and project-related insights to clients.

Stay informed on competitor offerings and emerging technologies.

Develop and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.

Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving business growth.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is an advantage.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or real estate sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solver with a strong client-focused approach.

Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.

A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Candidates with their own visa are preferred (Temporary work permit will be provided).

English & Arabic Speaking are preferred.
