Our expansion and growth mean we are hiring!! Seha Medical Center located in the city of Ajman, which will provide services to patients who visit in person directly, will be operated only in the first stages, with plans to adopt smart systems for Tele Medicine in the next stages. Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships. \xc2\xb7 Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets. \xc2\xb7 Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals. \xc2\xb7 Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company Skills and Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Great attitude \xc2\xb7 Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xc2\xb7 Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions \xc2\xb7 Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software \xc2\xb7 Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients \xc2\xb7 Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business \xc2\xb7 Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets \xc2\xb7 Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients \xc2\xb7 Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole \xc2\xb7 Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems \xc2\xb7 Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients Experience:
  • Business Development Executive: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • UAE Driving License (Required)
