We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE) | UAE
Safeway Interior Designs is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing Sales team in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy lead generation, client engagement, and closing interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate 10+ qualified leads per week through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Conduct a minimum of 5 client meetings per week
Present company profile and capabilities to prospective clients
Prepare and follow up on quotations, BOQs, and proposals
Coordinate with Estimation and Design teams to ensure accurate submissions
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
Convert enquiries into signed projects (15-25% target conversion)
Support tender submissions and pre-qualification documentation
Track and report sales pipeline, hot leads, and opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (fit-out / construction / B2B preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple leads, proposals, and follow-ups
UAE market exposure is an advantage
UAE Driving License is an add-on.
