Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

with proven experience in

MEP contracting, Civil construction, and Interior Fit-Out projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth across the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in

MEP, Civil, and Interior Fit-Out projects

Generate leads through market research, site visits, networking, and client meetings Build and maintain strong relationships with

consultants, contractors, developers, and clients

Prepare and submit

commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and pre-qualification documents

Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate pricing and scope Follow up on leads, negotiations, and contract closures to achieve sales targets Maintain updated records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Abu Dhabi & UAE Attend project meetings, exhibitions, and industry networking events when required Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE business practices

Requirements & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing

, or a related field

3-7 years

of relevant sales/business development experience in: MEP Contracting Civil Construction Interior Fit-Out Strong knowledge of the

Abu Dhabi & UAE construction market

Proven track record of

closing deals and achieving sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Valid

UAE Driving License

is mandatory Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and CRM systems Fluent in

English

(Arabic is an added advantage)

Preferred Skills:



Established network with

consultants, developers, and main contractors

Experience in government, commercial, residential, and industrial projects Strong understanding of tendering procedures and contract terms
