Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute long-term business growth strategies
Identify and secure high-value business opportunities and partnerships
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide business planning
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and government bodies
Prepare strategic proposals, financial models, and deal structures
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's or master's degree in business.
5-10+ years of experience in business development.
Proven track record of securing large deals and exceeding revenue targets
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
Deep understanding of the UAE/GCC market dynamics
Bilingual (English + Arabic) is a strong advantage
has experience in fit-out execution and design,as well as interior design .
