Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the fit-out and interior design sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Follow up on leads, tenders, and quotations to successfully close deals.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare regular business development reports.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field
Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in
fit-out or interior contracting sales
.
Strong network of contacts in the UAE/GCC construction or interior design industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
