to join our logistics and cargo team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our freight forwarding and logistics services (Air, Sea, and Land) across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, cargo, and logistics sectors (Import/Export, FCL/LCL, Air & Sea Freight).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and agents.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Prepare and deliver business presentations, quotations, and proposals.
Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling of shipments.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent the company.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records and report weekly business activities to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in business development or sales in
cargo/logistics/freight forwarding
.
Minimum
1-2 years of experience in business development or sales in cargo/logistics/freight forwarding in UAE
Strong knowledge of international trade, shipping documentation, and logistics operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
