Job Description

Phanteon Construction is looking for a Sales Executive who has established relationships and expertise in fit-out, joinery, and interior projects.

About the Position We are in search of an energetic, goal-oriented Sales Executive with demonstrated experience in the

fit-out and interior design sector. The perfect candidate will possess excellent client networking abilities, a deep knowledge of UAE market dynamics, and the capability to develop new business prospects while nurturing strong relationships with current clients.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years' sales experience in the fit-out/interior industry in the UAE.

Strong network of clients, consultants, and contractors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Valid UAE driving license. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Arabic speakers preferred.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit-out, joinery, and interior projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients. Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on market developments, competitors, and industry trends. Coordinate with the project and design teams to ensure client requirements are fully met.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

fit-out/interior industry : 3 years (Preferred)
