Business Development Executive
to join our Abu Dhabi team and help grow our portfolio of holiday homes in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new property owners to list their homes as holiday rentals.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and key partners.
Meet monthly targets for property acquisition and revenue growth.
Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activities in the holiday home sector.
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure high guest satisfaction and property performance.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of sales experience in the holiday home rental industry
(Required)
Strong
communication and negotiation skills
(Required)
Fluent in both Arabic and English
- spoken and written (Required)
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate and tourism landscape is a plus
Self-motivated and results-oriented
UAE driving license is a plus
Salary:
