Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
for vehicle servicing, repairs, and fleet management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and existing relationships with corporate clients in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target companies with fleets or regular vehicle maintenance needs.
Develop, negotiate, and close
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
with corporate clients.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with decision-makers and procurement managers.
Conduct regular visits to companies, presenting workshop services and AMC benefits.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Collaborate with workshop management to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Track sales pipeline and provide weekly reports on activities, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
business development, sales, or fleet management services
.
Prior experience in the
automotive sector
or service contracts is an advantage.
Strong
network of company contacts
in Abu Dhabi and Musaffah preferred.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
