Responsibilities of a Vending Machine Business Executive

Sales and Business Development
:
Identify and target potential clients to promote vending machine solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry-specific research.
Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
Client Relationship Management
:
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vending machine solutions.
Provide product demonstrations and explain the benefits of vending machines.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and support.
Negotiation and Contracts
:
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients.
Close sales deals and meet revenue targets.
Market Research and Analysis
:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in vending machine systems.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs.
Inventory and Logistics Coordination
:
Ensure the timely delivery and installation of vending machines.
Coordinate with logistics teams to manage stock levels and ensure smooth operations.
Post-Sales Support
:
Provide training to clients on operating vending machines.
Address customer complaints, resolve technical issues, and provide after-sales service.
Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of vending machines.
Reporting and Documentation
:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports for management.

Team Collaboration
