Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Business Development Executive

with proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. The ideal candidate will have

at least 3 years of experience

in sales and business development within the real estate sector, a

strong network of connections with developers

, and the ability to communicate effectively in both

Arabic and English

.

The candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with developers and clients, and driving growth in line with the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's real estate portfolio in Abu Dhabi. Build and maintain strong relationships with

real estate developers, investors, and key stakeholders

. Identify new projects, partnership opportunities, and potential collaborations to maximize revenue streams. Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful business transactions. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities. Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, networking events, and meetings. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns. Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of proven experience

in real estate business development or sales in Abu Dhabi. Strong

network and connections with developers

in the UAE real estate market. Bilingual:

Fluent in Arabic and English

(spoken and written). Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong market knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate sector, including off-plan and ready properties. Ability to work independently under pressure and achieve targets. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
