To identify, pursue, and convert business opportunities for commercial and residential interior fit-out projects. The BDE will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales activities in the interior design and fit-out industry.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and project managers.
Conduct site visits and meetings with potential clients to understand project scope and requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and quotations in collaboration with the design and estimating teams.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and sales performance via CRM tools.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and client engagement strategies.
