Job Description

Job Objective:

To support the growth of Sama Tech's innovative technology solutions by engaging with clients, generating qualified leads, supporting digital and field marketing initiatives, and assisting in the rollout of services and development of new business areas. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, technical curiosity, and strong communication skills to contribute directly to business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Sama Tech's core offerings in

asset tracking

,

air quality monitoring

, and

smart HVAC control

to clients in various sectors. Conduct field visits and online outreach to

identify prospects

, present company solutions, and collect feedback.

Support the launch and operation

of ongoing services, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Assist in identifying opportunities for

new service areas

and verticals based on market trends and inquiries. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute

digital campaigns

, including LinkedIn and Google Ads. Participate in exhibitions, meetings, and presentations to represent the company's portfolio.

Gather and report market intelligence

, including competitor activity and emerging client needs. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions using CRM tools and support the proposal process. Collaborate with technical teams to help prepare tailored proposals and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Knowledge of

IoT, Building Management Systems (BMS), or smart technology

is a plus. Experience or exposure to

sales, marketing, or customer engagement

. Good command of

digital tools

such as LinkedIn, CRM, email marketing, or Google platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in

Arabic and English

. Highly motivated, field-oriented, and

comfortable with regular travel and direct client engagement
