The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales to support the company's growth. This role requires a solid understanding of the construction industry, strong networking skills, and a passion for delivering value-driven solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the construction industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and tender documents.
Collaborate with internal teams estimating, project management, etc. to meet client needs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Maintain a database of contacts and track sales performance through CRM tools.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
