Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, real estate agencies, and relocation consultants.
Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to potential clients.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the brand.
Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in the moving, logistics, or relocation industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required
Valid UAE driving license and own car is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
